Start with the exact label

Identify the legal food name, presentation and market associated with the pack. The same range may have different formulations or wording depending on country, flavour or format. Do not automatically complete a Spanish label using another version found on the internet.

Check whether the product is presented as a food supplement or another food category. The word creatine on the front does not determine classification by itself. Record what the pack declares and leave any undocumented legal classification unresolved rather than assuming it.

Distinguish the compound from the mixture

Read the full ingredient list to distinguish creatine monohydrate, other declared forms and blends. Preserve exact names, including excipients, flavourings and other components where listed. An abbreviated retailer description does not replace the formulation of the specific variant being examined.

The declared mass of a compound and a creatine quantity potentially given on the label are not automatically the same figure. Do not derive equivalence or purity from a name. If the manufacturer does not explain a quantity's basis, mark it as unsuitable for comparison.

Check what each quantity measures

Separate the pack's net contents, the powder quantity in a declared serving and the quantity of the identified ingredient. These are different figures. It must also be clear whether a table describes the product as supplied or a preparation including other components.

Compare only figures with the same basis and explicit units, retaining the manufacturer's explanations. Do not convert a scoop into mass or calculate missing values without supporting documentation. Here, servings explain documentary information; no quantities, frequencies, cycles or consumption protocols are recommended.

Swipe the table to see all columns. With a keyboard, focus the table and use the arrow keys.

Document quality and traceability without inventing them

A raw-material brand, commercial wording or reference to testing does not automatically certify every batch of the finished product. Where an analysis is mentioned, check its issuer, the identified reference, and the date, batch and scope to which it relates.

Distinguish ingredient documents from documents covering the finished blend. Do not infer absence of contaminants, anti-doping testing or full compliance from a logo. If documentation is unavailable, record that limitation without inventing results or concluding on that basis that the product is unsafe.

Interpret differences cautiously

Keep allergenic ingredients, precautionary statements and warnings in separate sections. Do not assume absence of allergens because a product has one ingredient, or transfer warnings between variants. A material discrepancy between label and product page requires clarification before a commercial comparison is constructed.

A different product page does not establish illegality by itself: classification, market, version and regulatory routes may need checking. Commercial claims have conditions too. This guide validates none and attributes no benefits; SportLoop maintains these resources as a complement to its sports application.

Methodology

Prepared with Codex assistance. Automated checks do not replace the owner’s editorial approval or any required specialist review.

  • This guide organizes documents without physical testing, laboratory analysis or clinical assessment. The table contains editorial criteria, not product results or an efficacy-based selection. Identifying commercial candidates is not a recommendation to consume them.
  • Sources and translations reviewed documentarily on 16 October 2026 with artificial intelligence assistance. Each product entry requires the label for its exact reference and market; the access date is not a manufacturing or reformulation date.

Limitations

  • SportLoop’s documentary policy is approved; this text still awaits explicit editorial approval. Product entries and links require separate authorization once their identity, label and applicable requirements are documented. Unresolved legal or professional questions are excluded individually. This draft review is assisted by artificial intelligence and does not constitute an accredited professional review.
  • It provides no dosage, protocols, combinations, efficacy or individual safety advice. It does not determine suitability for children, pregnancy, illness or medication; those questions are outside this documentary scope.
  • Formulations can change. General sources do not certify a product or settle its particular commercial status. Notification, batch analysis, full compliance and commercial availability have not been verified here.
