Harassment, bullying, threats, hate, targeted humiliation or pressure to take part in unsafe activity are not allowed.
Protect privacy
Do not publish another person’s location, home address, contact details, private route or other sensitive information without permission.
Be authentic and fair
Do not impersonate others, mislead people, fabricate achievements, manipulate rankings, abuse challenges or try to obtain rewards fraudulently.
No harmful, illegal or offensive content
Illegal, exploitative, violent, hateful, deliberately dangerous or otherwise abusive content is prohibited. Club names, descriptions and events follow the same rules.
No spam, scams or malicious activity
Do not post repetitive promotion, scams, malicious links, automated spam or attempts to interfere with accounts, purchases or service security.
Report and block
Use the in-app reporting and blocking tools when needed. For serious concerns contact contacto@sportloopapp.com. Contact local emergency services for an immediate emergency.
How SportLoop may act
SportLoop may review reports, limit visibility, remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users and enforce these rules. We do not promise automatic moderation or a specific response time.
