Eligibility and accounts
Use SportLoop only if you can legally agree to these terms. Where parental or guardian permission is required, obtain it. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and tell support if you suspect unauthorised access.
Activity, location and health information
SportLoop supports activity tracking, planning and informational fitness features. Measurements can be affected by sensors, GPS, permissions and environmental conditions. SportLoop is not a medical device and does not replace medical, emergency or professional training advice.
User content and Clubs
You retain ownership of content you create. You give SportLoop the limited permission needed to host, process and display it within features you choose to use. You must have the right to submit it and must not expose another person’s private information. Club creators and members remain subject to the Community Guidelines.
Challenges, rankings and progression
Challenges, XP, levels, badges, frames and rankings are service features, not financial products or guarantees of sporting performance. SportLoop may correct invalid, duplicated, fraudulent or technically erroneous progress.
Coins, digital items, purchases and ads
SportLoop coins and digital items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. They are non-transferable except where SportLoop expressly provides a gifting feature.
Digital purchases are processed by the platform store. Prices, taxes, payment methods and refunds follow store terms and applicable consumer law.
Optional rewarded ads grant a reward only after valid completion and backend verification. Forged callbacks, reused transactions and reward manipulation are prohibited.
Prohibited conduct
Do not harass, impersonate, scrape, cheat, commit fraud, automate spam, submit illegal content, interfere with security, access another account or private route, or reverse engineer the service where the law permits that restriction.
Restriction, deletion and service changes
SportLoop may restrict content, features or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, prevent fraud or comply with law. You may delete your account through the available process.
Features may evolve, change or be discontinued. Uninterrupted availability is not promised.
Mandatory rights and contact
SportLoop does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Exercise and location-based activities involve risks that users should assess responsibly.
