Fastest method: in the app
Open SportLoop Settings, go to Account and choose Delete account. A recent sign-in is required before the backend accepts the request.
If you cannot use the app
Email contacto@sportloopapp.com from the address associated with your SportLoop account. Use the subject “SportLoop account deletion request”. You may include your username to help locate the account.
Do not send your password, verification codes, access tokens, full payment details or identity documents in the first message. Support will reply with the minimum verification steps needed.
What is removed
After identity verification, SportLoop removes the authentication account and applicable private account data. Profile, activity, private route, relationship and user-owned content are removed where appropriate.
What may be anonymised or retained
Some shared records may be anonymised rather than deleted when necessary to preserve another user’s entitlement or a completed interaction. Limited private security, anti-fraud, transaction, purchase, reward-verification or audit evidence may be retained where necessary. Retained evidence is not kept as a public profile.
Deletion is not a mechanism to reverse completed purchases, rewards or historical actions improperly. A fixed completion deadline is not promised until an operational service level has been formally approved.
